Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS. We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of order date. From that point, order will reach destination within 2-3 business days. Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed, although we make every reasonable effort to deliver Products by any quoted delivery date.
Product and Pricing Information
This Site, Content, product information, and any products sold through the Site are intended to comply with U.S. state and federal laws and regulations. Some products cannot be shipped to certain jurisdictions. If you are a non-U.S. user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in the U.S. and Canada.

Orders
After placing an order, you will receive a order confirmation email complete with invoice information. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you the order confirmation email referred to above. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you this email.
Returns
Refunds and exchanges allowed if requested within 7 days of shipment receipt.
Customer must return the Product(s) to us at their own cost. Customer must also take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the Product(s) in new unused condition. If returned product is received and is deemed used, only a 50% refund will be granted.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products. If item is received in defective state, contact us with the reason for the return. We will in turn provide an RAN (Return Authorization Number)which needs to be provided on or inside the return package. Shipping will be free on the new item if it is of equal or lesser cost than the original product(s). If the new product(s) is of a higher value, discounted shipping cost will be applied.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS WHEN RECEIVED.
